Wealth Pi Capital Pty Ltd (ACN 052 435 079, AFSL 354933) offers wholesale clients the opportunity to invest in Notes in Wealth Pi FIS Bond Investment Trust (Trust)

Target Size

Up to A$160 million

Purpose

To acquire Wealth Pi First Mortgage Bond Trust 2026-1 (WPFMBT 2026-1) Class A Notes, backed by registered first mortgage loans on Australian real estate

Expected Repayment

The 7th of July 2029, subject to early calls

Interest Coupon

A floating rate of One-month BBSW + 4.335% p.a. (net of the Trust management fee and expenses), paid monthly in arrears

Fees

A management fee of 0.165% (inclusive of GST) p.a. is charged at the Trust level. Please refer to the Information Memorandum for full details

First Loss Protection

WPFMBT 2026-1 Class A Noteholders benefit from a minimum 20% first loss protection via subordinated Class B Notes
