Xiaohu (Tiger) Liu
The Leonardo Da Vinci of the team – Leonardo had a genius IQ and was an incredible artist. Of similar ilk Tiger is both a genius and a highly talented photographer. As an experienced finance professional, Xiaohu founded Wealth Pi Fund to be a boutique property funds management company that provides local developers with tailored commercial loan underwriting and debt advisory and investors with high quality property investments. Xiaohu has a deep understanding of the Australian property market, debt structuring and investor requirements (including holding regular educational seminars). The vision of Wealth Pi was to give a more personalised experienced to our clients and investors. He has a master’s degree in Financial Modelling from the University of Melbourne and speaks three languages – Mandarin, Korean and English.
Xingnan (Olivia) Jiang
Our very own Athena, Goddess of intelligence with wonderful social grace Olivia linking to top international financial institutions located in HK, Olivia provides various funding solutions to meet different needs of wealth pi’s clients. Olivia also has years of experience in project management and Media. She current stay in Hong Kong and work with Pallas’ & Wealth Pi ‘s institutional partner for bridging Hong Kong Capital and Australian premium development project. Olivia holds a bachelor degree of Philosophy and Psychology (University of Melbourne) had strong interpersonal skill and cheerful disposition.
Chief Investment Officer, Partner
Chief mentor to the team Wendy oversees key aspects of the business, with over 27 years’ experience in managing investment portfolios ranging from 4-14 billion. Working for a range of investment houses including AXA, Alliance Bernstein and IFM she is a chartered financial analyst and a founding member of the board for the CFA Society Melbourne. She has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Monash University and more recently attended the University of Melbourne to complete a graduate diploma in psychology to get a deeper understanding of behaviour in finance markets and with people. Other roles Wendy currently holds are with start-ups in aged care, disability and technology focusing on strategy, finance and governance.
Yao (Christina) Jiang
Christina Jiang has over 10 years of experience in investments across Asia Pacific. With an extensive industry network, she leads the commercial real estate lending, investment and debt advisory in NSW. She is also a guest lecturer at the University of Technology Sydney and a bilingual guest writer. She holds a Master of Finance Degree (Investment banking) at the University of New South Wales, a first-class honour bachelor’s degree of Economics (Finance and Banking) from Zhejiang University, China and a Diploma in Financial Planning.

Our very own Tony Stark, great at creative deal structuring, Dan Gallen commenced his property career with Balmain, one of Australia’s largest independent debt originators and fund managers. He has completed over $1 billion in property debt advisory mandates in the post-GFC landscape, earning him a reputation as one of Australia’s leading debt advisory executives.
Clients have included ASX listed property groups and some of Australia’s largest private investors.
Dan brings analytical rigour to the due diligence process for each project undertaken.
Dan is RG146 compliant and is the Responsible Manager under the Pallas Funds AFSL (Wealth Pi Fund’s Licensee).
Yiyu (Jack) Jiang
Jack supports the team in so many ways and never falters with his courage and methodical calmness, he is our very own Albert Einstein. Jack is a technically strong, outcome-focusing professional with experience in property markets both in Australia and abroad. He holds a commerce degree from the University of Melbourne and has a background in finance, accounting, investment, development and property management. Jack’s in-depth understanding of the real estate industry, practical analysis skills and commercial insight make him an invaluable member of the Wealth Pi team. Having finished his CPA exams, Jack is also RG146 compliant and is undertaking his CFA.
As our very own Mrs. Marvel, Bridy graduated from Sheffield University and since then has 10 year property development, mining investment experience in China and 5 years property funding and investment experience in Australia. She is also a PHD candidate in Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Chinese Youth Committee and Vice President in Hunan Business associate in Beijing.
Jianyi (James) Sun
James brings skill, enthusiasm and experience to Wealth Pi. As one of our younger team members, he was a top performer at University of Melbourne, meticulous with detail and a guru in banking and finance. He brings another level of rigour to the Wealth Pi practices. He loves motor racing, basketball and technology and is a wonderful positive influence to have in the team.
Zhen (Jenny) Liu
Jenny is like our team’s Hermione Granger with magical skills in analytics and organisation. Jenny specialises in financial risk management and investment analysis, is a problem solver with a ‘can do’ attitude and is an experienced stakeholder liaison. Jenny holds a master’s degree of Accounting from the University of NSW and a Bachelor of Science degree in risk management science and mathematics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She has an FRM certificate and is currently undertaking the CFA program.
Linh is our brilliant intern with a lifelong passion for numbers, analytics and problem solving, research and critical thinking. She has a background in Accounting and Finance from The University of Melbourne, was a candidate on the exchange program at The Wharton School, and undertook a leadership program at Oxford University. Linh is currently undertaking CFA and CPA qualifications, but still manages to fit in time as a volunteer as a CPA ambassador, a founding member of the ‘start up’ community at University of Melbourne and is taking the leading roles of a few non-profit organizations with the mission to solve social problems in developing countries such as Cambodia and Vietnam.
