As experienced operator in the previous lending practice and Wealth Pi Fund, Xiaohu helped local developers completed more than $450 million debt advisory and commercial loan underwriting, after bank continually tightened lending policy from 2016 . He has thorough understanding of Australian property market and investment needs of Chinese in Australia plus successful experience in running mortgage funds. Masters in financial modelling from Melbourne University. Multilingual speaking three languages, Mandarin, Korean and English.
Xingnan (Olivia) Jiang
Our very own Athena, Goddess of intelligence with wonderful social grace Olivia linking to top international financial institutions located in HK, Olivia provides various funding solutions to meet different needs of wealth pi’s clients. Olivia also has years of experience in project management and Media. She current stay in Hong Kong and work with Pallas’ & Wealth Pi ‘s institutional partner for bridging Hong Kong Capital and Australian premium development project. Olivia holds a bachelor degree of Philosophy and Psychology (University of Melbourne) had strong interpersonal skill and cheerful disposition.
Chief Investment Officer
Mentor to the team and their version of an owl to oversee key aspects of the business. Wendy has over 27 years experience in managing investment portfolios ranging from 4-14 billion. Working for a range of investment houses including AXA IM, Alliance Bernstein, ME Bank and IFM. She is a chartered financial analyst and one of the founding board members of the CFA Society Melbourne. Wendy has a bachelor in economics and recently attended Melbourne University to complete a graduate diploma in psychology to gain a greater understanding into behaviour finance to apply this to investment management. Other roles Wendy has held recently was Account Director for Superannuation in a major research house, and over the last few years working as the Strategic Relationship Director for a digital start up focused on workforce in aged care. She currently also consults to start ups around funding, governance and finance.

Our very own Tony Stark, great at creative deal structuring, Dan Gallen commenced his property career with Balmain, one of Australia’s largest independent debt originators and fund managers. He has completed over $1 billion in property debt advisory mandates in the post-GFC landscape, earning him a reputation as one of Australia’s leading debt advisory executives.
Clients have included ASX listed property groups and some of Australia’s largest private investors.
Dan brings analytical rigor to the due diligence process for each project undertaken.
Dan is RG146 compliant and is the Responsible Manager under the Pallas Funds AFSL(Wealth Pi Fund’s Licensee).
Yiyu (Jack) Jiang
Cool cat genius. Jack supports the team in so many ways never faltering with his courage and methodical calmness, our very own version of the aristocracy. Jack is a technically strong, outcomes focused professional with experience in various industries internationally. He has provided over $30M worth of financial services to clients and accounting advice to all areas of the business. Holding a commerce degree from University of Melbourne, Jack owns solid Finance and Accounting background and a high capability to translate financial concepts in an easily to understand manner. With investment, development, and property management experience, Jack has demonstrated in-depth understanding in Real Estate industry, and practical analysis and commercial insight. Jack is RG146 compliant. He is also undertaking a CPA qualification and a CFA qualification.
Christina Jiang has close to ten years of experience in investment fields across Asian Pacific. With extensive industry network, she is leading the commercial real estate lending, investment and debt advisory business in New South Wales at Wealth Pi Fund. Christina is also a guest lecturer at University of Technology Sydney for property finance course and a bilingual guest writer at Australian Financial News and Business Circle Magazine. She holds a Master of Finance Degree (Investment Banking) at University of New South Wales, a first class Honors Bachelor Degree of Economics (Finance and Banking) from Zhejiang University, China and a Diploma in Financial Planning.
As our very own Mrs. Marvel, Bridy graduated from Sheffield University and since then has 10 year property development, mining investment experience in China and 5 years property funding and investment experience in Australia. She is also a PHD candidate in Chinese Academy of Social Sciences , Chinese Youth Committee and Vice President in Hunan Business associate in Beijing.
Our newly appointed analyst James brings incredible skill and experience to Wealth Pi. A high performer topping most subjects at University of Melbourne, he is meticulous with detail, experienced in both banking and finance, ensuring James brings another level of rigour to the Wealth Pi practices. His love of motor racing, basketball and technology brings a well-balanced life building a very positive workplace, he is an incredible team player and our resident wine expert.
Linh is our brilliant intern with a lifelong passion for numbers, analytics and problem solving, research and critical thinking. She has a background in Accounting and Finance from The University of Melbourne, was a candidate on the exchange program at The Wharton School, and undertook a leadership program at Oxford University. Linh is currently undertaking CFA and CPA qualifications, but still manages to fit in time as a volunteer as a CPA ambassador, a founding member of the ‘start up’ community at University of Melbourne and is taking the leading roles of a few non-profit organizations with the mission to solve social problems in developing countries such as Cambodia and Viet Nam.
Jenny is like our team’s Hermione Granger with magics in analytical skills. Jenny specialises in financial risk management and investment analysis. She is a problem solver with can-do attitude and a good coordinator experienced in liaising with stakeholders. Jenny holds a Master Degree of Accounting from University of NSW and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Risk Management Science and Mathematics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She has FRM certification and is currently acquiring her CFA certification.
