Xiaohu Liu
Director
As one of the Australian Financial Service License holders, Xiaohu has worked with local developers to complete more than 1.5 billion debt advisory and commercial loan underwriting in the past 8 years. He has a deep understanding of Australian property market and strong relationships with a substantial list of developers and investors. he holds a Master of Science Degree from the University of Melbourne.
Christina Jiang
Director
Christina is a founding partner of Wealth Pi Fund and heads the NSW business, with over 12 years of experience working across funds management, property financing and fundraising, and financial services. She has completed over $700 million is structured real estate transactions in capacities of lender, investor and debt advisor.
Christina has built up an extensive industry and investor network and is very active in the building industry. She is a director with CBANSW (Chinese Building Association of New South Wales) and guest lecturer at University of Technology Sydney for Property Finance.
Christina holds a master’s degree in finance from the University of New South Wales and a bachelor’s degree in economics (honours) from a leading university in China (Zhejiang University).
Jack Jiang
Director
With a solid background in finance, accounting and development, Jack’s rich knowledge in finance market, deep understanding of the real estate industry, practical skills and commercial insights enable him to provide professional advice to various clients. Jack is a CFA Charterholder and also a CPA (Australia). He holds a Commerce Degree from University of Melbourne and RG146 qualification. Jack has extensive experience in real estate fund transactions, totalling of more than AUD 600 million.
Wendy Fergie
Chief Investment Officer
Chief mentor to the team Wendy oversees key aspects of the business, with over 30 years’ experience in managing investment portfolios, credit analysis and debt structures ranging from $4-$14 billion. Working for a range of investment houses including AXA, Alliance Bernstein and IFM, she is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a founding member of the board for the CFA Society Melbourne. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Monash University and more recently attended the University of Melbourne to complete a graduate diploma in psychology to get a deeper understanding of behaviour in finance markets and with people.
Simon Wallace
Member of Wealth Pi Fund Advisory Board
Our trusted counsel and partner, Simon, has very strong relationships with some of Australia’s most dynamic financiers, who rely on him to advise upon, document and execute commercial and corporate debt facilities. He was a partner of a major national law firm at the age of 29, held his first public company directorship before the age of 40 and, having been an equity partner of the largest legal firm in the world, in 2020 he founded boutique and specialised finance lawyers Watson Wallace.

Frank Yu
Associate Director of Distribution
With over 20 years of experience in the finance industry, Frank holds a Master’s Degree of Accounting, private banker certificate and intermediate accountant qualification. He had worked with CMB, SPDB, insurance companies and private equity fund manage practices, where he accumulated rich experience in management, private banking, real estate fund investment, equity investment, private equity investment, wealth management, risk control, and more. He is specialised in designing customised financial products for institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals both onshore and offshore, real estate projects investment, and asset allocation for HNW clients. He has achieved an AUM of 5 billion AUD.
Fred Li
Associate Director of Distribution
With a solid 9 years background in property investment, Fred’s rich knowledge in Australia property market, deep understanding of the property industry, practical skills enable him to provide professional advice to various clients. Fred is a REIV member and holds real estate full license. He has built up strong relationships with a substantial list of investors and developers. Fred owns property investment and funds transaction experience with more than AUD 300 million. He holds an IT & Science Degree from the Beijing’s University of Chemical Technology.
Iris Hu
Associate Director of Distribution
Iris has over 12 years of experience in finance and real estate, specialising in fundraising and commercial real estate acquisition. Iris’ character ensures the reputation of Wealth Pi which is reflected through her strong relationship with the developers, builders, and investors. Iris will bring wealth and knowledge, providing Wealth Pi’s clients with insights within the property industry, thereby securing optimal investment opportunities for them. She holds the Australian real estate full licence and a Bachelor’s degree of Commercial Law from Shanghai University. Iris works closely with the team and believes that “Action speaks louder than words!”
Olivia Jiang
Funding Partner
Olivia is one of the founding members of Wealth Pi. She is well connected to international consortiums, top financial institutions, well-known developers as well as high net worth individuals both in Australia and Hong Kong. Olivia has founded a number of successful enterprises and businesses in Australia. Olivia holds a Bachelor degree of Philosophy and Psychology (University of Melbourne) and has strong interpersonal skills and a cheerful disposition.
Zhiliang Yang
Funding Partner
With an MBA in Finance degree from the University of Technology Sydney, Zhiliang has a decade of experience in real estate fund management and property development. Before joining Wealth Pi, Zhiliang held a role as investment manager in Beijing International Trust leading trust investments in real estate and mining. After relocating to Australia, he has completed several boutique residential projects in metro Sydney as a sponsor. Zhiliang has developed an extensive investor network of local and international investors.
Bridy Yue
Funding Partner
Bridy graduated from Sheffield University and has over 10 years of experience in property development and mining investment in China, as well as 5 years of experience in property funding and investment in Australia. She is also a PhD candidate in the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Chinese Youth Committee and Vice President of Hunan Business associate in Beijing.

Howard Zhao
Credit Manager
Howard is a mature, strong-willed, and tenacious person with a solid financial background. He is extremely passionate about financial investment. Over the past ten years, he has participated in various types of project analysis and investment in Canada, Australia and China. He holds a Bachelor’s degree of Finance and Administration from the University of Ontario in Canada. He is RG146 compliant and also holds a Diploma in Financial Planning.
Owen Zhu
Credit Manager
Owen is a motivated individual with an inquiring mind. He holds a Master of Finance degree as well as a Bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance from the University of Melbourne. Before joining our team, Owen has worked at one of the largest infrastructure maintenance companies in Australia and New Zealand. During this period, Owen has obtained a deep understanding of different construction aspects and the financial implications of them. With a solid knowledge in construction and financial markets, he will continue supporting Wealth PI to become an industry leader in property investment.
Jennifer Lin
Senior Associate - Credit Service
Jennifer graduated from the University of Sydney with a combined Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Laws. Jennifer is admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW, holding a valid practising certificate. Prior to joining Wealth Pi, Jennifer practised law in Sydney with a main focus on Property Law. She also has great industry experience since she has participated in a number of property development projects and the following management of their commercial leases for high net worth individuals in mainland China (Shenzhen) as well as Hong Kong, and has extensive industry experience having participated in a number of property development projects and management.
Johnny Lu
Associate - Credit Service
Johnny is a finance professional with a Master of Commerce in Finance and Risk Management from the University of New South Wales, where he achieved Dean’s List honors. He received his bachelor’s degree in engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His credentials include CFA, FRM, and CQF designations. Johnny has demonstrated his expertise as an Adjunct Lecturer at UNSW, teaching courses in Investment Management Modelling, Applied Funds Management, Portfolio Management, and Bank Risk Management. His professional skills encompass financial risk management, financial analysis, modelling, and asset pricing, with a strong proficiency in Python and Excel. His academic and practical experiences showcase a deep understanding of finance and risk management principles.
