Highlights

• Funds will be invested in products of loans backed by registered first mortgages on Australian real estate assets and/or projects through subscribing units of special purpose unit trust.
• Diversified investments to achieve a weighted average LVR not exceeding 65% with a maximum LVR of 70% for any single loan investment, supported by valuations issued by qualified valuers.

Lending Philosophy

• Australian real estate assets and/or projects located in Australia backed by registered first mortgage, with a focus on VIC, NSW and QLD metropolitan areas;
• Personal and/or Corporate Guarantees provided by the borrower or developer, or any additional security, required by the Investment Manager;
• The security property is assessed by a qualified valuer;
• Experienced legal firms engaged to document all loans to ensure each loan is correctly secured; and
• There is a clear exit strategy to the loan.
