• First Registered Mortgage (“FRM”) over the Property;
• General Security Agreement (“GSA”) over the Borrower;
• Personal Guarantee from the Sponsor;
• Corporate Guarantees from the owners of the Borrower;
• Deed of Covenant in respect to the Borrower’s development agreement with the Development Manager; and
• Building Contract Side Deed between the Lender, the Borrower, and the Builder.
