One townhouse (Residence No.2), not included in this loan project, was exchanged in August (when the project reached practical completion) and will be settled at the end of September 2023. The net proceeds from the sale of this townhouse will be used together with this Residual Stock Loan to repay the project’s construction loan. It's worth mentioning that this townhouse was sold at a value higher than the market expectation.
